Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here is, in plain English, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

We never sell your dataNo targeted-ad sharingRequest access or deletion anytime

01Who we are

Nash ECommerce LLC (“Nash”, “we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us or use our services. Questions? Email ops@nashecommerce.com.

02Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone, website and messages you send through our forms or by email.
  • Client information: account access, business details and marketing data you share so we can deliver our services.
  • Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

03How we use it

  • Reply to enquiries and prepare your free audit or quote.
  • Deliver, manage and report on our services.
  • Improve our website and services.
  • Send updates or newsletters you have asked for.
  • Meet legal, tax and security obligations.

04AI tools and human review

We use AI tools to help draft content and analyse marketing data. We share only the information needed for the task, choose business-grade tools and, where the provider offers it, settings that stop your data being used to train public AI models. A person reviews AI-assisted work before it is used.

05Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, form handling, analytics and CRM tools, under contracts that limit how they can use it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

06Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without cookies.

07Email communications

If you subscribe or become a client, we may email you about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing us. We may still send essential service messages.

08How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: enquiry data for up to 24 months, and client records for the length of the relationship plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymise it.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you where the law requires.

10Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under Texas, California and other US state privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising or profiling (we do none of these).
  • Appeal our decision if we decline your request.

To make a request, email ops@nashecommerce.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the US. By using our website, you understand that your information will be handled under US law.

14Changes and governing law

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the current version on this page. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
